The pharmacy that receives your prescription from your healthcare provider will reach out to you via phone or text to discuss the following:
Your consent to participate in this program
Your agreement to comply with the program's Terms and Conditions, including not using your insurance coverage for any KEPPRA purchased through the program
Necessary information to dispense and ship KEPPRA directly to you
How to enroll and directly purchase KEPPRA at a discounted cash price
Select one of the UCB-authorized pharmacy partners administering the program. Ask your healthcare provider to send your prescription to the selected pharmacy. Then, visit the pharmacy portal you selected to create an account to enroll.

Pricing for a month supply is based on patients taking 120 tablets of either 250, 500, or 750 mg per 30 days or 60 tablets of 1,000 mg per 30 days. Pricing for a 3-month supply is based on patients taking 360 tablets of either 250, 500, or 750 mg per 90 days or 180 tablets of 1,000 mg per 90 days. Patient must have a valid prescription consistent with the FDA-approved product labeling for KEPPRA to participate in the UCB Direct program for KEPPRA.
